I needed a policy for a vehicle purchase in very short order. Nick was exceptional in his ability to work up a good quote in time, has checked in regularly since I set the policy up (it's really nice having my agent call from time to time just to say hello and chat!), and has been a pleasure to work with since day one.

State Farm might not be the "cheapest" out there, but the savings by going online are marginal at best (I think I would have "saved" about $8/month). And do you really want to go cheap with your insurance?
The level of customer service from Nick and the crew here is worth so much more than saving 3 or 4 cups of coffee per month.

Update 9/1/26: I needed a quick change to my policy, and all it took was a 90 second phone call to get everything handled and changed! This agency is GREAT! Very responsive, and so easy to work with. Keep up the great work!
